There were a few on the pegs but about $17 CDN each?

Not sure, but by the time I add in the 15% sales tax it would probably be around $15 US... but that's just a guess...
There is only one Exclusive right?

That's most likely the Canadian TRU exclusive black and white Billy Graham WWE Classics figure.
The ones I got recently came out to $17US after shipping since I got 3 from a fellow boardie.
